Ayodhya: In a strategic move to streamline the influx and egress of devotees at the Ram temple in Ayodhya, the Ayodhya administration and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust have jointly decided to institute a special fast-track line dedicated to those without belongings.
Since the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla on January 22, an overwhelming number of devotees from across the country have been converging on the temple town to pay their respects.
The unprecedented surge in devotees has presented a logistical challenge for both the Ayodhya administration and the Ram Mandir Trust. To efficiently manage the crowds, Praveen Kumar, IG Zone, Ayodhya, announced, “There will be a separate fast-track line designated for devotees without any belongings. Others will be directed through the public facilitation center.”
At the public facilitation center, devotees are required to deposit their belongings before gaining entry to the temple premises. Rigorous scanning procedures are in place to ensure the security and safety of all deposited items. This initiative aims to enhance the overall pilgrimage experience by expediting the entry process for those without belongings while maintaining security protocols for others.
