‘Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile’ actress Ayushi Khurana shares plans for her first Holi with hubby Suraj

Mumbai, Jan 23 (IANS) The details behind the knife attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, are beginning to emerge. While earlier there were questions about the actor’s wife, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan’s whereabouts, it has now come to light that the actress was drunk after attending the party of her friend, actress Sonam Kapoor.

As per the sources, when Kareena came home, she was in a very drunken state, if she went to the hospital and went to the police, many questions would be raised about her condition and in such a situation her videos and photos would be leaked in the media, so she decided not to come out herself. She had gone to her sister Karisma Kapoor’s house after the incident.

After the attack on Saif, the on-duty Knight PI was investigating the matter. Usually, any incident that takes place at night is investigated by the night PI on duty and the next day the senior officer decides whom to hand over the investigation of the case. The same happened in this case too.

After the night incident, the next day the case was handed over to the Crime PI from the Night PI. Mumbai Police dismissed the theory that IO has been changed.

A week ago, Saif was attacked by an assailant who barged into his Bandra house through his youngest son, Jeh’s room during the wee hours of Thursday. The actor reportedly went to the hospital on his own, and was accompanied by his son Taimur.

As per media reports, doctors removed the 2.5 inches of knife from his wound. The actor was stabbed multiple times in an attempt to fight off the accused. The actor sustained six stab wounds, two of which were said to be serious as they were closer to his spine. The incident took place as the accused allegedly barged into their Bandra home, and attacked their house help and then Saif when he intervened.

Saif was woken up by the commotion in his son Jeh’s room. He went inside the room to see the culprit arguing with their house help, looking at this, Saif intervened to save the house help with bare hands to fight off the intruder.

Mumbai, March 2 (IANS) Vijay Deverakonda is all set to take over the cinema halls with his next, “Kingdom” (titled Saamraajya in Hindi). As movie buffs excitedly wait for the film, Vijay Deverakonda extended birthday wishes to the director Gowtam Tinnanuri.

He took to social media and penned a heartfelt note that read, “Boys getting RWDY Happy birthday @gowtam19…We are shooting our last schedule together and I have enjoyed everyday of making #KINGDOM with you. We will tell a great story this year and more importantly, we make memories and a bond for life. May you have the best of health, happiness, and victory.”

VD further posted a picture on his X (previously known as Twitter) of the cake-cutting ceremony.

The previously released teaser from “Kingdom” promised some intense action all through the film. It gave the impression that the story of the film will revolve around the struggle of a section of people. Vijay Deverakonda will be seen sporting a six-pack, along with a really rugged look completed with cropped hair and a beard in his next.

The clip also shows Vijay Deverakonda in what appears to be a prison.

The teaser has already created a lot of buzz among movie buffs.

Written and directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the film will feature music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The editing department of the drama has been headed by Navin Nooli.

Produced by Naga Vamsi S and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune 4 Cinemas Banners, the movie is being presented by Srikara Studios.

The movie will have songs choreographed by Vijay Binni. The high-octane action sequences have been directed by stunt choreographers — Yannick Ben, Chethan D’Souza, and Real Satish.

“Kingdom” is set to release in the cinema halls on May 30, 2025.

Mumbai, Jan 29 (IANS) Veteran actor Dharmendra recently shared his fond memories of a vibrant and diverse India with his son, Sunny Deol.

On Wednesday, the ‘Sholay’ actor took to his Instagram handle and shared a photo of him posing with his actor son. In the click, the father-son duo could be seen wearing traditional himachali cap. While Dharmendra is seen sporing black sweatshirt with blue denims, Sunny rocked a yellow-colored t-shirt with jeans.

The duo is seen flaunting their radiant smiles as they pose together for the cameras. Alongside the click, Dharmendra wrote, “Memories of our colourful India.”

The ‘Mera Karam Mera Dharam’ actor, who is an avid social media user, had earlier dropped a candid photo of him and captioned it, “Dosto , Sunny ki hasrat thi….. barfeeli patjhad ye …… pahadon mein Sunny ke saath guzaron. kids, please love your parents as much as you can.”

Meanwhile, last month Dharmendra made headlines after the Patiala House Court in Delhi issued summons for the veteran actor and two others in connection with a cheating case involving the “Garam Dharam Dhaba” franchise.

The summons, issued by Judicial Magistrate (First Class) Yashdeep Chahal, reportedly stemmed from a complaint filed by Delhi businessman Sushil Kumar. He claims he was deceived into investing in the franchise under false pretenses.

In the summoning order passed on December 5, the judge said, “The evidence on record prima facie indicates that the accused persons induced the complainant in furtherance of their common intent and the ingredients of offence of cheating are duly disclosed.”

On the work front, the actor was most recently seen in the Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon-starrer “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.” He is also set to appear next in the upcoming war drama “Ikkis.”

Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the upcoming war biographical drama also stars Agastya Nanda and Jaideep Ahlawat. The film tells the story of second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal’s heroic sacrifice during the 1971 Indo-Pak War. It is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video.
