Mumbai, May 26 (IANS) The title of the upcoming Hindi film starring Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa has been changed. The film, which was tentatively titled ‘Deewaniyat’, has undergone the title change.
Titled ‘Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’, the film now has a new team at the helm after it switched production houses. This change comes on the heels of the film’s transition from Vikir Films to Play DMF, Anshul Garg’s rapidly rising production house. The creative leads of the new team have decided that the previous title no longer aligned with the evolved narrative and branding of the project.
‘Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’ reflects a deeper emotional core and a more personalised love saga, and is touted as a story of madness, intensity, and romantic obsession. According to sources close to the team, the new title better encapsulates the passion-driven narrative and the dramatic tone of the film.
The title change also marks a fresh start for the movie under its new leadership, and with principal photography already underway, fans can expect the first poster and trailer under the updated title soon.
Earlier, the actor took to social media to share his excitement over the film’s powerful and emotionally driven narrative. The actor posted pictures of him on his social media, calling the film’s script “his strongest written script till date”. He also expressed his deep appreciation for the team behind the project.
Prior to this, it was learnt that Harshvardhan, who is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (Honours), will have to multitask between his exams and shoot for his upcoming film in June. Harshvardhan took to Instagram stories, where he shared snippets of his study routine as he was writing down the lectures.

Los Angeles, July 26 (IANS) Pop icon Taylor Swift plans on taking the high road after her ex-boyfriend Matt Healy’s mother Denise Welch took a jibe at her.
The 35-year-old singer and the 36-year-old 1975 frontman briefly dated following her split from actor Joe Alwyn, in April 2023 and Taylor went on to reference their relationship in her album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, reports ‘Female First UK’.
During a recent appearance on ‘Watch What Happens Live’, Matt’s mother Denise insisted it was unfair that Matt couldn’t talk about the relationship.
She said, “Obviously, on pain of death can I talk about that episode, but being her mother-in-law is a role that I am glad I lost. Not that I have anything against (Taylor) at all. It was just, it was tricky. “Listen, you’re not allowed to say anything, and then she (Taylor). writes a whole album about it”.
As per ‘Female First UK’, however, Taylor, who has been happily dating NFL star Travis Kelce for the past few years, plans to ignore Denise’s jibes.
A source told DailyMail.com, “It’s a bit obnoxious in Taylor’s eyes, but she has to take the high road. If there was anything that would be in a future song of Taylor’s, if she were ever to respond, she would respond that way. But as of right now, she might just let it slide. She is not going to let Denise ruin her day”.
“Taylor respected Denise and will continue to do so, as this will go away very quickly. But if Denise continues to talk about it and bash Taylor, then Taylor would say something. The ball is still in Denise’s court to see if she wants to continue the narrative she brought upon herself.”, the source added.

Mumbai, March 31 (IANS) Actor Kumud Mishra, whose theatre play ‘Saanp Seedhi’ has been garnering a lot of positive response, has said that in the age of technology art will never cease to exist.
The actor said that as long as one has a story to tell, any art form will survive. He spoke with IANS about the new show, his approach towards his work, and the changing dynamics of art.
He told IANS, “I’ve been hearing since childhood that the theater is dying – where? It can never. Just the form has changed. Theatre festivals are big, theatre groups are big, theatre spaces are big, audiences are big. As long as you have a story to tell, any art form will survive. And the relevance of live art forms increases further because in today’s time we are busy with mobiles. Theatre is a space where you feel the live performance and emotions”.
Talking about his character in ‘Saanp Seedhi’, he said, “Anil Wadhwa is the name of the character. He is also an actor, producer, director and screenwriter, and he makes movies. He’s obsessed with himself, and is a bit of a bad guy. This is a completely different character from me, but whatever character you are doing, some part of you goes into the character, which part, I don’t know. And some you take from the character”.
The actor also said that he welcomes criticism in his work as it helps him to make his performances more impactful. He told IANS, “It’s part of your profession. Criticism is also very welcome, impact is more welcome because it is not necessary that you will do good work every time. You have to accept the criticism”.
Theatre is more of a spontaneous medium, and the stakes for actors are a lot higher for actors on stage as compared to acting for the camera. When asked about the challenges that he faced during the production of ‘Saanp Seedhi’, the actor said that if one is fully prepared then it becomes a cakewalk.
He told IANS, “If you have a story and the ability to tell it, people are entertained. We do a play ‘Five Grains of Sugar’, a solo play and get a very good response. If the play is good, then an actor is also enough. Not even 25 actors will work in a bad drama”.
She further mentioned, “There are years of riyaz, I have done theatre, I have learnt from there. It’s our job, we have to do it. You have to work on the body, mind and senses. When to show what emotion, there should be control over it – even if you are not feeling it, you should feel it”.
The actor also feels that there is no mantra for success, if there were, there would be no failure.
He said, “You must know what you want to do, why you want to do it. There should be focus. Success and failure are by-products. Whether you want to do that work or not, that’s more important. I don’t do drama to make people appreciate me, I do it to explore myself”.
He also spoke about his experience of working with Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor and filmmaker Imtiaz Ali in ‘Rockstar’.
He said, “It was a very wonderful experience. Ranbir is one of our finest actors and Imtiaz sir is an amazing director. He has also made ‘Chamkila’, which is also a tremendous film”.
“He also cast me in a web series called ‘Doctor Arora’, which he produced. Doing ‘Rockstar’ was an amazing experience”, he added.
